Knee care

The knee joins the thigh to the shin and is one of the largest and most complex joints in the body. The smaller bone that runs alongside the shin and the kneecap are the other bones that make the knee joint.

The thigh and shin bones normally glide over each other smoothly because they are protected by cartilage. If this is damaged or worn away, it can make the joint painful and stiff.

Hip care

The hip joint allows us to walk, run, and jump. It bears our body’s weight and the force of the strong muscles of the hip and leg, yet is also one of our most flexible joints and allows a great range of motion.

The hip joint can become worn or damaged to the extent that your mobility is severely reduced and you experience pain even while resting.
